Jennifer Wynns interest in a career in real Estate began while selling foreclosures to the highest bidder on the steps of courthouses all over the State of Missouri. She became a licensed agent in 2017 and her passion for real estate and helping others has only grown from there. Jennifer specializes in listing homes and guiding sellers through what can be a stressful and emotional time. Jennifer grew up in North St. Louis County and moved to St. Charles County in 2013, so she knows and understands the housing market on both sides of the river. 

Hello! My name is Nate Williams. I am a local guy who graduated from Kirkwood High School. I then met my wife while attending the University of Missouri in Columbia. She is also a local that attended Lafayette High School. After Graduating from Mizzou we returned to St Louis where we are raising our 2 year old daughter Hadley, and our 4 month old son Tommy. We currently live in the Wildwood area. 
 
I specialized in remodeling single family homes in the beginning years of my real estate career. Now with an extensive network of investors and renovating contractors I have the ability to connect you with the buyer you need to sell your home. More than that, my expertise extends to selling that same house for top dollar after the appropriate renovations are done.
